Now-April 29 The NE Faculty and Staff Art Exhibition is on display at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, 1300 Gendy St. Among the 62 works by 31 artists, visitors will find sculptures, photographs, drawings, prints and projections. The paintings represent oil, acrylic and gouache media. The exhibit allows students to see the talents of their instructors. The center is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.

Now-May 5 Reflections from the River, a student art exhibition, is on display in the East Fork Gallery (TREF 1315) during regular school hours on TR Campus. April 23 NE Campus closes its spring student art competition exhibition at the Haltom City Northeast Center. The works are by NE Campus art students who won $25-$150 for placing fourth or better.

April 24-May 8 The SE Judith J. Carrier Library will host an art exhibit featuring the works of Arlington Ashworth Elementary School students during normal library hours in the silent study area. April 23-26 SE’s music and theater programs will give performances of Godspell, a musical based on the Gospel of Matthew that includes modern music set to lyrics from traditional hymns, at 7:30 p.m. in the C.A. April 23-26 NE Campus’ theater program opens Little Shop of Horrors: A Musical 7-9 p.m. with a 2 p.m. matinee April 26 in the NE theater (NFAB 1204). A poor floral assistant becomes an overnight success when he discovers an exotic plant that grows into an ill-tempered, foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore that offers him fame and fortune in exchange for feeding its growing appetite. “Audrey II” reveals itself to be an alien creature ready for global domination. May 1 The NW dance program is hosting a Double Day of Dance with an assorted pieces performance at 1 p.m. in WTLO Theatre Northwest.
