NW Campus kicked off its spring intramural basketball tournament Feb. 9 with a matchup between two teams: Killin’ ’em Slowly and UGK.
The teams alternately held the lead throughout the first half with Killin’ ’em Slowly leading 24–20 at halftime.
In the end, Killin’ ’em Slowly pulled out a win against UGK with a score of 47-31.
Three other teams, Stars, Free Agents and Devin Greene will continue round-robin tournament play through today. The championship teams will be announced after today’s 4:30 p.m. game.
The championship game will begin at 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the NW gym.
