A South Campus counselor will present Effective Note Taking 12:30-1:30 p.m. Feb. 17 in the SSTU Texas Room on South Campus.
Steve Rakoff, a counselor since 1999, has completed 14 years of post-secondary education earning two master’s degrees.
“My purpose is to help students learn how to take better notes and do better in their classes,” he said.
Rakoff said he will discuss techniques that will help students improve their grades.
South Campus student developmental services organized the seminar.
