Most SE TB X-ray tests return clear

None of the 11 SE students and faculty who received X-ray tests April 20 came back positive for tuberculosis.

However, one X-ray did have a “slight abnormality,” said Rita Parson, public information services coordinator, so a sputum test was taken. It will take up to 10 weeks for the results to come back.
Three students and faculty tested positive for exposure at the April 17 testing on SE Campus, and two students tested privately were also positive. Six had already tested positive on April 3.
