Anyone who wants guidance on how to improve their mental health can attend the Mental Health Resource Fair March 4-5 on NW Campus.

NW student activities will provide resources for anxiety, depression and stress management to all students.

NW counselor Jamie Stroud has gathered information from organizations such as Depression Connection, My Health My Resources, JPS, The Women’s Center, Trauma Support Services of North Texas and the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute of Health, she said.

The fair will strive to reach a variety of students with a wide range of questions about mental health, Stroud said.

“Our goal is to reach as many students as possible to distribute information that may be valuable and helpful to them or someone they know,” she said.

The fair will be held Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-6:30 p.m. at a table in the WSTU hallway.
