Various Artists Hot Fuzz: Music from the Motion Picture (2.5 stars)
Better late than never, the Hot Fuzz soundtrack is still hanging around music stores with an average fix of high energy punk rock.
Some of the tracks are mainly remixes filled with dialogue from the film. These songs, “Goody Two Shoes” to name one, are pretty annoying, but fortunately they are few in numbers.
The best tracks of the CD are The Fratellis’ “Baby Fratelli” and “Souljacker Pt. 1” by the Eels, but it would be better to download these tracks rather than buy the soundtrack.
Not really a groundbreaking or must-have soundtrack, Hot Fuzz: Music from the Motion Picture isn’t worth buying.
