SE Campus dance students will showcase their talent and skills during two performances this week.
The evening will also feature a performance by the Rhapsody Dance Movement Company.
“ I am so excited,” said dance instructor Jamie Perrin.
Guests can expect a collection of diverse music and dance including choreography in jazz, hip-hop, modern, ballet and other genres.
The concert, Dance Works, will be 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4-5 in the Roberson Theatre.
Dance students have been practicing for this performance since the beginning of the semester.
A year ago the department did not have a concert, but in only 12 months, it was able to organize this event, Perrin said.
The concert is free for students, faculty and staff and $5 for the public.
Perrin said Dance Works shows just how rapidly the dance program is growing.
