Two NE Campus faculty members Hsinyi Wang and Gerald Ringe will perform music by Mozart and Weber at a live concert at 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in College Hall (NCAB 1111).
The music will feature several different instruments, including a string quartet, cello, violin and clarinet. Wang will play the cello and Ringe, the clarinet.
Three guest musicians will also play. The musicians are part of a string quartet called Virtuoso. The group was founded in 2008 in Fort Worth.
Virtuoso has played with the Fort Worth Symphony as well as several colleges. Wang is also a member of the group. While some students will attend for their music appreciation class, the concert is free and open to everyone.
