Now-Feb. 28 Romeo and Juliet opens at 7 p.m. with additional performances at 2 p.m. on the 28th in the NFAB theater on NE Campus. Romeo and Juliet is William Shakespeare’s classic tragedy about two star-crossed lovers whose deaths reconcile an ancient feud among their families. The play is directed by drama associate professor Stephen Thomas. Tickets are free to TCC students, faculty and staff, $6 for general admission and $3 for seniors and other students. Now-March 26 Eduardo Aguilar: 4 Decades of Art will be presented at NW Lakeview Gallery (WFAB 1135) and TR Connections Gallery (East Fork Building, level one). The exhibits will feature Aguilar’s work from his 40 years as an artist with some of his paintings, drawings and sculpture. March 3-7 The SE drama program will present A Piece of My Heart at 7:30 p.m. with additional 1:30 p.m. shows March 5-6 in the Blackbox Theatre (ESEE 1316). A Piece of My Heart is based on the true stories of six women who went to Vietnam during the war. The play is rated PG-13, so it is not recommended for children.
