Dec. 4 Continuing Education’s Senior Education spring registration begins. Students must register prior to taking Senior Education courses. For more information, call 817-515-8223.

Dec. 4 The SE health services and the Texas Health Wellness for Life mobile health program is offering on-site mobile mammogram screenings 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The mobile bus will be located in parking lot D near the north entrance. Participants must be women who are at least 35 years of age, have no personal history of breast cancer, do not have breast implants, have no known breast lumps or problems, are not pregnant, have not breast-fed in the last six months and have not received a mammogram in the past year. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Those wanting to set up an appointment with Texas Health Wellness for Life must call 1-855-318-7696 for a screening Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. For more information, call health services coordinator Liz Lowry at 817-515-3591.

Dec. 6 Registration for WinterMester ends at 11:59 p.m. Students may continue to enroll on WebAdvisor for any courses still available after this date.

Dec. 6-8 Final exams and the end of classes for Weekend College on all campuses.

Dec. 7 To celebrate the holidays, the NE German Club will hold its seventh Nikolausfest 1-4 p.m. in College Hall (NCAB 1111). Students can enjoy German food, coffee and drinks, singing and crafts. For more information, call German instructor Maddalena De Nicola at 817-515-6538.  

Dec. 9-12 Final exams and the end of classes on all campuses.

Dec. 9-12 SE student activities is offering students test aid 8 a.m.-7 p.m. in the commons. Students will be provided testing materials such as Scantrons, pencils and test schedules as well as snacks and drinks. For more information, call student activities at 817-515-3595.

Dec. 12 Last day for 100 percent tuition refund for WinterMester classes.

Dec. 13 Winter break for all faculty and staff begins at 5 p.m. All offices close.

Dec. 14 First day of WinterMester classes. Saturday classes are held Dec. 14 and Jan. 4.

Dec. 14–Jan. 1 TCC campuses and offices will be closed for the winter break. Regular business hours will resume Thursday, Jan. 2.

Dec. 20 Deadline for spring installment plans to pay 25 percent down, with three payments due in January, February and March. Payments will be accepted until 11:59 p.m.

Jan. 2 Admission deadline for first-time-in-college applicants for spring 16-week and the first 8-week sessions.

Jan. 2 Last day to drop a class for WinterMester.

Jan. 3 Associate of Applied Science nursing application period begins. The deadline for applications for the nursing program is Feb. 28.

Jan. 4 Final exams and the end of WinterMester classes on all campuses.

Jan. 4, 5, 11, 25 The campus registrar, financial aid office and business services will be open 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on weekends.
