South Campus students seeking to relive glory years from their football days have their chance with the flag football league Oct. 23-Nov. 10.
“ Right now, I’m looking at about 4-on-4, but we’ve had so much interest that it will probably be 8-on-8 or 11-on-11,” Mike Daniels, South Campus intramurals director and HPE instructor, said.
With each campus having a flag football league of its own, a playoff of sorts to determine a districtwide champion is in the works.
“ Years ago, the campuses played each other,” he said. “Students always ask when we can play against other campuses.”
