To keep the student body informed, NE student activities will sponsor an Ask The President lunch March 11.
Dr. Larry Darlage, NE Campus president, will answer any questions regarding NE Campus prepared and presented by students and anyone else interested in asking.
“He values what the students have to say and is willing to make any changes that will improve the student body,” said NE director of student development services Paula Vastine. “That’s why he prefers to have this session at least once a semester.”
Vastine said the question session is significant to the student body and to NE Campus as a whole.
“It is important for the students to ask questions and to know that their opinions and concerns are just as important as the faculty’s and the staff’s,” she said. “It’s [the students’] college, and they can change it.”
Every question will be answered. However, to allow proper preparation, students should e-mail their questions to Darlage at larry.darlage@tccd.edu.
This session will take place 12:30-2 p.m. in NSTU Center Corner. The lunch is free, but reservations are required. To reserve a lunch, call 817-515-6644.
