Since February is Heart Health Awareness month, NE Campus health services will host Heart Healthy Valentines, a learning lunch, Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 12:30 p.m. in the NSTU Center Corner.
Sally Stutes, senior director of cardiovascular services at North Hills Hospital, will present Know Your Numbers. She will discuss what blood pressure and blood work numbers mean to one’s heart health.
A heart healthy lunch of ham, turkey and chicken wraps, oatmeal cookies, tea and water is on the menu. Everyone who plans to attend must call 817-515-6688 and RSVP by Friday, Feb. 10.
Goody bags will be given out at the end of the presentation.
