Students will learn ways to “Work Smarter, Not Harder” at a NE Campus presentation Feb. 22.
NE counselor Anita Peters will present the workshop at 11:15 a.m. in College Hall (NCAB 1111), giving tips on ways to study and have better test-taking skills.
This will be the first session in the Achieving College Success: Mental Health Series.
Other workshops will be “Red Flags for Domestic Violence” on Feb. 29, “Self-Love and Self-Esteem Lead to Self-Empowerment” on March 8, “Emotional Intelligence” on March 21, “Anxiety and Depression” on March 29, “Understanding Mental Disorders and Civil Rights” on April 5 and “Interpersonal Relationships: Healthy vs. Unhealthy” on April 12.
All programs will be at 11:15 a.m. in College Hall.
