The Center for Leadership Development is presenting the 26th Leadership eXperience Summit Feb. 27 on TR Campus at 1:30 p.m.
Breon Dennis, assistant vice president of youth baseball and community outreach for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, will present the keynote address.
“There is more than one way to get the results that you want in life, especially when it comes to leadership,” he said.
His presentation will focus on people being leaders now, regardless of their position or title. The speech is titled Leadership — All Colors, Shapes and Sizes, and guests will attend their choice of a breakout workshop after his speech.
Dennis, a noted inspirational speaker, said his goal is to leave attendees walking away with at least one gold nugget of truth to apply to life.
“Even if they don’t utilize it in the next week or even in a couple years, hopefully, it can help them and help someone else.”
Stevie Blakely, academic success center coordinator, said all students are welcome.
Those who wish to attend are asked to RSVP via the hub at http://tccd.student-hub.com/. The summit will be held in Action Suite A on the fourth floor of the Trinity Building.
