NW Campus will host a poetry reading and book signing event for author LeeAnn Olivier-Sapp and her book Spindle, My Spindle.
The event will take place 11 a.m.-2 p.m. April 28 in the NW library (WTLO third floor).
Olivier-Sapp is both a recognized poet and NW English assistant professor.
Her poetry and essays have been published in several literary journals, including Hermeneutic Chaos, Damselfly Press, Biostories, SWAMP, Jelly Bucket, Sojourn, Illya’s Honey and Stone Highway Review.
NW English professor George Edwards will also read some of his poetry.
The event will feature poetry reading sessions 11-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 p.m. and a meet-and-greet of Olivier-Sapp 11:30 a.m.-noon and 1-1:30 p.m.
Spindle, My Spindle will be available for purchase and can be signed by Olivier-Sapp.
