Now-March 31 SE Campus is hosting Ya Casi: Paintings by Erika Duque in Art Corridor II. The gallery is exhibiting paintings by TCU Master of Fine Arts candidate Erika Duque. The free exhibit is open to the public and available for viewing during normal school operating hours.

Now-April 28 The SE fine arts department will hold the Annual Studio Art Student Exhibition in Art Corridor I. The exhibit includes works from SE studio art classes. Now-April 29 The NE photography program presents In Pursuit of Magic: City Walls, NYC 2014, a photo exhibit by Rene West, Amarillo College photography assistant professor. Now-April 30 The SE fine arts department will hold an Arbor Day Poster Competition in Art Corridor III. This is a design competition held for students enrolled in art assistant professor Sharon Covington’s Digital Design class. March 29 NW Campus ends its TCC NW Faculty Invitational art exhibit in Lakeview Gallery (WFAB 1135A). It includes ceramics, drawings, photography, sculptures and mixed-media art pieces created by NW faculty. The exhibit is open during regular campus hours.

 

April 2 The district dance concert Merge will be held at 2 p.m. on the Sundance Square Plaza Stage in downtown Fort Worth. TCC faculty, alumni and special guests will perform solos, duets and group ensembles. The free event is open to the public. April 3-7 NW Campus’ visual and performing arts department will host Dada Week during regular campus hours in the Lakeview Gallery (WFAB 1135A). The event will feature various forms of human expression from multiple departments on campus. Students are invited to add their own artwork to the gallery walls while the exhibit is on display. April 3-7 TCC’s Innovation Forum is sponsoring the NE Campus Children’s Center artwork exhibit that will be on display in the J. Ardis Bell Library (NLIB 2100C). April 10 The Rockumentary concert will begin at 7 p.m. in the Darlage Center Corner (NSTU 1615A) on NE Campus. The concert will feature live, professional rock ’n’ roll musicians as they take the audience through the history of rock ’n’ roll up to the 1980s.
