Let’s face it: nobody owes you anything. What you achieve in life is a direct result of what you put into life. When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade, or when life gives you nothing, you make nothing.
But when life gives you nothing, it does not mean there is nothing to make. There is lemonade to be made, and you must find a way to make it.
Nothing is carved in stone. You can do anything with your life if you want it badly enough. Everyone has his own problems or obstacles to overcome, but it’s whether you choose to overcome these obstacles that truly defines you. Excuses are for losers.
With everything, every day, you can surely find an excuse not to accomplish one of your goals. You can sit around for the rest of your life waiting for your goals to be accomplished on their own.
Those who take responsibility for their actions are the real winners in life. Winners meet life’s challenges head on with a fist full of fury and a heart full of passion knowing that there still is no guarantee they will come out on top.
Whether you care or not, your life will pass you by if you stand there and do nothing. It will pass you by like a locomotive on a cold winter’s eve. And then you will be standing in the dust wondering what happened and what you did wrong, when in reality you did nothing, and that’s what was wrong.
Time plays no favorites with us at anytime. You can choose to change your life. No matter how hard you have fallen, you can always pick yourself up again, and you should.
Once again there is no excuse for not trying. The only person you can blame is yourself. But I am sure you would agree it’s never your fault. You just did not have the time right. Something always comes up, but the real question, the way you find out about yourself, is if you stand there and take it and do nothing or you take it and make it what you want.
Goals are an extremely important thing in life; they are what you use to stair step your way through life. Take each small goal you have set, and accomplish the small goals, the big goals handle themselves. When you reach your goals, go ahead and establish your next set of goals.
It’s not that you set your goals too high and miss them; it’s that you set your goals too low and make them.
