Artists collaborate for display
October 16, 2019
In response to border patrol using devices to cover up the tracks of immigrants, this collaborative piece by Rusiloski-Fernandez symbolizes the steps taken to achieve the freedom they desire.
Photos by Christian Garza/The Collegian. “Desert Vessels,” a painting by Winter Rusiloksi, is on display at the Lakeview Gallery on NW Campus as a part of the Rusiloski-Fernandez Landscapes North and South event.
“Spaces” by Rusiloski employs a abstract style.
“Memorials and a Ladder” by Rusiloski is an oil and collage on canvas depicting a ladder going up to the sky.
