South students can expect to learn resume basics Nov. 10.
During this session, students can acquire knowledge on how to use the various formats, including chronological, combination and functional, and determine which one is right for them.
Student development specialist Fran Long said “anyone who is wanting to know how to put together or update a resume” can benefit from this session.
Students will also receive information on marketing themselves for future jobs.
Long said she hopes students can learn to put together a resume to help them reach their goals.
“This session can help students achieve and learn to hopefully fulfill an application for future internships, part-time jobs and full-time jobs,” she said.
This session will take place 6-7 p.m. in the SSTU Forum Room.
For those who cannot attend the evening session, the presentation will be repeated 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Nov. 11.
