In October, Allen was granted his third Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service from then President Joe Biden for his continued service.

Felipe Furlan, member of the team Missouri Thunder, holds onto the bull “Throwing Hands” during the first night of Last Cowboy Standing.

Leandro Zampollo, after being thrown off bull “Lieutenant Dan”, is covered by one of the bull wranglers as the bull continues to buck. Zampollo went on to win first place in the Last Cowboy Standing with a point total of 133 points. He is now ranked No. 26 in the upcoming 2025 World Championship.

Another activity at the festival was the traditional Hindu holiday of Holi. Students were given colored powder to throw at each other to decorate shirts that were provided.

At the end of the more than 100 float parade, Santa Claus waves to parade goers wishing them a happy holidays.

VIP Kings Barber College included a lit up band performing as they walked down the street.

Both people and pets alike were featured in the parade, including this dog in the GM Financial Make A Wish Foundation truck.

Many color guard teams were at the parade including South Hills High School color guard team in matching holiday sweaters.

Walking in front of the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth truck, a turkey mascot for the Turkey Trot marathon led the way.

The Fort Worth Model A Ford Club had multiple cars all decked out in lights including one decked out in candy canes with a gingerbread girl in the back waving to the crowds.

The Fort Worth Model A Ford Club had multiple of the cars in a line, all covered in decorations and sounding their unique horn to the crowds.

On the Studio 80 "Holiday on the Seven Seas" float, celebrity impersonator Rhonda Medina sang along to Cher songs while dressed as the pop star herself.

The Fort Worth-based club Studio 80 rolled down the streets in a pirate ship shaped float with 80s music playing through speakers and a celebrity impersonator of Cher performing her greatest hits.

Ballet Folklorico de Fort Worth Inc. also had a float called "Posadas in the City." Las Posadas is a religious festival celebrated between Dec. 16-24 that commemorates the journey of Mary and Joseph before the birth of Jesus.

Along with high schools they also had elementary schools in the parade including the Townley Elementary School Pep Squad.

The Moslah Car-vettes are apart of the Fort Worth-based Moslah Shrine organization.

During the parade the Moslah Car-vettes group drove down the streets decked out in LED lights, waving and greeting parade-goers.

Miss Fort Worth Teen Lily Roberts (left) and Miss Fort Worth Avy Taylor (right) were both featured in the parade waving at the crowd.

Fort Worth's Dinosaur Land had not only a float but people walking along the sides with dinosaur puppets interacting with the crowds.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters organization had a float that featured the mentors and mentees in Star Wars clothing, even some wielding lightsabers.

At the end of the Sweet Dreams Car Club procession was a low-rider with the Grinch and Cindy Lou-Who as passengers. The car was using hydraulics to bounce up and down.

Sweet Dreams Car Club restores and customizes classic cars and low-riders and had a line of those cars in the Parade of Lights.

Fort Worth-based ClearWater Plumbers had a bus covered in Christmas lights and presents.

Evan Carter joined the Texas Rangers in 2023 and acted as the grand marshal for the Parade of Lights, following GM Financials Pace Car.

Also in the parade was Texas Rangers player Evan Carter as the grand marshal of the parade.

Along with the tractors from Zimmerer Kubota Tractors they also had light-covered golf carts.

Also featured in the parade were a line of tractors covered in lights from north Texas-based Zimmerer Kubota Tractors.

Santa ends the parade with a float featuring toy soldiers and Mrs. Claus.

Along with the actors, TCC's float included students and staff as well as Toro waving at the top to the parade goers.

Also in the parade was the "Pure Grinch" float. A Jeep Wrangler that is, according to the Parade of Lights, covered in over 400 items that are based on the "Grinch" franchise.

Fort Worth Police Department's Code Blue Citizen's on Patrol unit also had a float including a tree made of blinking blue lights.

Out of all the schools marching bands that performed, OD Wyatt High School marching band was the 2024 Santa band, which came right before the Santa float in the parade.

The First-Generation College Celebration had booths of different services around NE Campus to inform students of resources available to them.
