Using life experiences, an author will present Getting It Right with Children, sponsored by NE Student Activities.
Madelyn Swift, president of Childright, an educational consulting firm, will speak Monday, March 6, during a 12:30-2:30 p.m. lunch in the Center Corner (NSTU 1615A).
Swift, recognized as an authority on discipline, communication and family dynamics, speaks throughout North America, Europe and New Zealand, on disciplining children, developing character and bringing back integrity.
Her newest book is Teach Your Children Well: A Parent’s Guide to Encouraging Character and Integrity. She has appeared on Good Morning Texas and has had articles published in The Washington Post and Family Education Today.
