Oct. 10 South Campus presents Conversations in Rhythm, performances by NE, NW, SE and South dance companies 7:30-9:30 p.m. in the Joe B. Rushing Performing Arts Center. Oct. 14-17 The NE theater opens its season with God of Carnage. Written by Yasmina Reza, the show looks into two sets of parents who discuss an incident in a “civilized” manner. Showtimes begin at 7:30 p.m. with a 2:30 p.m. Saturday matinee. Reservations are not required, but no one will be seated late. Tickets are $6 for general admission, $3 for seniors and non-TCC students and free for TCC students, faculty and staff. Oct. 14-18 Anatomy of Gray, described by its author as “a children’s story for adults,” opens Theatre Northwest’s season. Set in late-1800s Indiana, the play mixes humor with emotions as it deals with death, love, healing and loss. Content is appropriate for all ages.
