Students who participate in the competition can win scholarship prize money for the winning entries. Students have to pay a registration fee to compete.

The cost is $4 for an individual, $8 for a two-person team and $12 for a group or organization of three or more people.

SE student Amy Walker, who competed in Chalk About It last year, said students should register.

“People are outside trying to be creative,” she said. “It’s a lot of fun.”

Registration ends April 26. For more information, contact art instructor Kristina Elizondo at 817-515-3206.
