Students are invited to celebrate the official grand opening of Subway restaurants on NE, NW, SE and South campuses.
The celebrations are Oct. 16 and 17 in the campus cafeterias and will feature ribbon-cuttings, coupon giveaways and special offers for customers.
Sandwich artist Manisha Manandhar said Subway is aiming to have the best grand opening on the four campuses.
“We’re going to be giving out coupons, and it’s going to be all decorated,” Manandhar said.
NE nursing student Donald Holmes said he will try to attend if he’s on campus during the opening.
“I do love Subway,” Holmes said. “We needed good food, and we don’t have to leave for it.”
The schedule for the campus’ celebrations are 9-10 a.m. on NE and 3-4 p.m. on NW Oct. 16, and 9-10 a.m. on South and 3-4 p.m. on SE Oct. 17.
