CEO will address entrepreneurship on South Campus

Prospective entrepreneurs can get help during Is Owning Your Own Business for You? at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 4 in the SSTU Texas Room on South Campus.

Toni Allison, CEO of Knowledge for Success, will present the hourlong seminar that will cover various tips to excel in being an entrepreneur.

“This seminar will benefit anyone who wants to start a business,” said Triesha Light, coordinator of Women In New Roles, sponsor of the event.

Allison also serves as president of the National Association of Professional Women’s Fort Worth/Tarrant chapter and is a TCC alumna.

Knowledge for Success Inc. is a nonprofit that offers small business owners tips to start, maintain and grow their businesses.

Some services offered include networking workshops and business plan creation.
