Liam Alejandre, SE Campus
“I’ll probably go out, do things, maybe do some community service, something like that, maybe even spend time with my family…probably going out and helping, cleaning up the litter or going to a soup kitchen.”
Jasmin Gonzalez, NW Campus
“I usually give back to my family by spending time with them. We go on walks and connect and talk to each other, just really communicate with each other. I think it’s really important to give back to a family that has been there with you and support you and the pathways that you take in life.”

Ruth Little, NW Campus
“Every year my family makes up little socks that have messages on them, and we take them down to the homeless people and give them out the day after Thanksgiving. I’ve been doing it since I was a little kid.”

Lyra Moncivais, NE Campus
“ [Thanksgiving prep] is going well so far. I try to help out as much as I can around the community. I try to give back by giving food to the food drive, trying to help out as much as I can throughout campus. I am a [Recognized Student Organization] member, I’m a president of my own club, and I do try to be in different events they have hosted here with different activities as either a representative of my club or just to help out.”
