Now-Feb. 2 Skin Game: New Drawings by Anne Allen will be on display in the WFAB Lakeview Gallery on NW Campus 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Feb. 4-March 7 NE Campus’ art department will present Breathing Air Squeezing Clay in the J. Ardis Bell Library. The ceramics show will include work from advanced students in all ceramics classes. Students can meet the artists 10 a.m.-noon Feb. 8 in the library.

Now-Feb. 3 Theatre Arlington presents The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife, a story about the wife of a philanthropic allergist who becomes engulfed in a life crisis when her therapist dies and her childhood friend shows up on her doorstep with sinister motives. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $19 for adults and $17 for students and seniors. Now-Feb. 24 Jubilee Theatre in Fort Worth presents Black Pearl Sings, a theatrical experience starring Liz Mikel as Alberta “Pearl” Johnson, a woman separated from her daughter when imprisoned for a crime of passion. Feb. 6 The Sammons Center for the Arts in Dallas will Celebrate the Greats and pay tribute to the memory of renowned jazz saxophonist David Newman and honor living legend Johnny Pate. The performance will feature guest appearances by Newman’s son, Cadino, on vocals and Texas music legend Roger Boykin. Tickets are $40 and $35 for members and include free valet parking, complimentary coffee, wine, beer, soft drinks and a light meal.
