The South Campus African-American Student Organization will present a 3-on-3 Hoop It Up tournament Saturday, March 8, in the SHPE Gymnasium.
The event, open to the public, begins at 9 a.m., and admission is $1 or two cans of food.
The charge will be $35 per team, with teams consisting of three to five members, ages 16 and up. Co-eds are also welcome.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.
Participants need not be enrolled in classes at TCC, but anyone under 18 must have an indemnity waiver and signed parental consent.
Walk-ins for the event are welcome.
