The Reflections from the River exhibit is now up in the East Fork Gallery on TR Campus. The walls are filled with portraits and expressions, and students contributed a number of works to make the gallery possible. Ongoing
Interconnected Endeavors is the first art exhibit to go up on TRE Campus since its opening. The works of students will focus on endangered historic sites that they researched and portrayed in their pieces. Embracing Cultural Diversity, a digital exhibit, is on display in the J. Ardis Bell Library on NE Campus. Rosa Mendez, NE education professor, uses her camera to take portraits that illustrate NE Campus’ cultural diversity. The library is open during the campus’ normal operating hours.

The NE art department will host a closing reception for its 2013 Student Spring Juried Art Exhibition 5-6:30 p.m. at the Haltom City NE Center, 3201 Friendly Lane in Haltom City. The event is open to the public.

The NE Playhouse presents The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the musical cult classic, in NFAB 1205. Performances are 7 p.m. with a 2 p.m. Saturday matinee. SE Campus presents Hairspray, the musical about a young girl in the 1960s whose dream comes true when she performs on a TV dance show.
