People who want to run or walk in the Nov. 2 Toro Dash can do so cheaper if they register by Oct. 1.

The registration cost for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is $10, and the 5K and 10K are $25 when done by the early bird deadline. The cost will go up to $15 for the run/walk and $30 for the 5K and 10K until race day.

Registrations on race day will cost $20 for the run/walk and $35 for the 5K and 10K.

The race at Trinity River Park in Fort Worth has 14 different age groups, starting with 10 and under and going up to 70+. TCC participants can register online and enter discount code “STAFF” or “STUDENT” to receive the discounted rate.

Also, TCC will host a golf tournament on Nov. 1, the day before the race. The Toro on the Green event at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek costs $75 to register with a participant cap of 144.

Both events are part of the Toro Wellness Weekend, which will benefit the TCC Foundation’s Scholarship Fund and Wellness Fund.
