TCC students, families invited to trick-or-treat

TR Campus will encourage Halloween costumes, scary ghost stories and loads and loads of candy as it gets ready to host the campus’ Trick or Treat Down Main Street.

Attendees can expect decorations to light up Main Street’s hallway and different decorative themes from TR clubs and organizations that will have their own tables at the event, giving out candy and information.

Students from any TCC campus are invited to attend, and community members from the downtown Fort Worth area are also invited to bring their children. Trick or Treat is scheduled 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 25.

“The main point of having the event is to provide a safe indoor trick-or-treating event for kids in the area and to showcase our organizations,” TR student development associate Eddie Brassart said.

Scary stories will be read to children, and attendees are encouraged but not required to wear costumes.
