Speaker to warn of dating violence

As part of NW Campus’ Health and Wellness series, Expect Respect: Danger Signs of Dating Violence will be held March 5.

NW counselor Jamie Stroud will discuss the different ways dating violence can occur and what to do to prevent it.

Dating violence begins in the early years, and learning how to distinguish and identify it is important, Stroud said.

This is part of a series of counseling workshops that NW holds annually.

Drinks and a light lunch will be provided. The session will be 12:30-1:30 p.m. in WACB 1123.
