Students to speak in forum

By Mark Bauer/se news editor

Expression and opinions seemingly invade every aspect of life through blogs, YouTube, T-shirts, polls and other mediums.

But on Nov. 15, SE Campus students looking to express their opinions, requests, compliments and general questions can do so in a forum in front of Dr. Judith Carrier, campus president, and other campus administrators.

Students returning to school this semester may have observed one of the advantages of student participation at previous forums: more parking east of the campus entrance.

The recent Fall Fest was also a result of requests by students for more evening events that night students can participate in.

And how was Fall Fest advertised? On a full-size poster advertisement—in addition to the events, students requested better, eye-catching ads so they could be made aware of the goings-on.

The forums will take place in the Campus Conference Center at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. For more information, contact student activities at 817-515-3595.
