SE to host fest with fall, pumpkins

By Katelyn Needham

All ghosts, witches and vampires will be welcome on SE Campus Oct. 28.

Student activities will host its Fall Fest: Pumpkinpalooza, a community event for students and their families.

“The fall fest is basically something where students, staff and faculty can come in and bring their families and have a good time,” student development associate Frankie Ward said. “I call it a community event because everyone is welcome to come.”

The event will include carnival games, free food, prizes and a costume contest.

“The event shows how TCC is open to everyone,” Ward said. “Club and organization volunteers will be manning the games and helping to pass out food to the people who attend.”

Pumpkinpalooza is free and takes place 5:30-8 p.m. Oct. 28 on the front lawn. For more information, contact student activities at 817-515-3595.
