NW students discuss speaking with doctors

NW students can learn How to Talk to Your Doctor 12:30-1:30 p.m. Feb. 23 in the Michael Saenz Conference Center (WACB 1123).

The event is free for TCC students, but they must RSVP for lunch.

Registered nurse Celya Tilley with the chronic disease prevention department for Tarrant County Public Health will conduct the seminar.

“The event provides anyone who attends a precise way to use information to develop a relationship with their physician,” said Evette Brazzile, NW health and disability support services director.

Brazzile said the seminar will help students get the most from the window of time they have with their physician.

For more information or to RSVP, contact Brazzile at 817-515-7733.
