Movie about teachers to be discussed during free breakfast on South Campus

A community screening of American Teacher will be shown 10 a.m.-noon Feb. 25 in the South Campus recital hall (SREC 1112).

Admission is free, and anyone is welcome to attend.

The documentary brings awareness about teachers, their pay and responsibilities. A 30-minute panel discussion will take place after the screening. The discussion will bring up what is needed in education and how education can be improved for teachers and students.

Those who attend will be asked to offer feedback on issues that affect their schools.

A continental breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m.
