The Velocity Dancers will perform Wednesday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m. in SREC 1110.
Velocity is the resident dance company of TCC South Campus.
Gypsy Crane, associate professor of dance, said the work of this concert explores the different facets of being a woman starting from the fun, playful and flirty nature of women to the intimacy in women to women relationships as well as the struggles between them.
“ It is our celebration of what it means to be a fully developed women in the 21st century,” she said.
The free performance includes six dances and In the Name Of, a duet that represented South Campus at the American College Dance Festival.
