The drop date deadline, piles of assignments and countless tests and quizzes can pile up before students know it.

For many students, November seems to be the crunch month, and pressures start to build.

South Campus health services will host Laughing Your Way Through Stress, a seminar on coping techniques when dealing with stress 6 p.m. Nov. 4 in the SSTU Forum Room.

Flo Stanton, South Campus health services coordinator, she wants to raise awareness about stress and its effect on students’ lives if they do not know how to cope with it.

This free presentation is open to all students and is offered in conjunction with the Women in New Roles program on South.
