In the PowerPoint Tips and Tricks seminar Nov. 11, a South Campus coordinator taught students about the presentation software often required in courses.
Chris Carcerano of the center for academic success illustrated the basics of PowerPoint and how it helps students.
PowerPoint is used not only in college but in careers.
Carcerano showed students how to navigate PowerPoint, including clip art, charts and offered advice on design.
“Use simple charts for your professors,” he said.
Carcerano said it is important to learn the software.
“It is always good to have technology skills at your disposal,” he said.
