TCC police have reportedly arrested a suspect involved in an indecent exposure case on NE Campus.
About 5 p.m. Oct. 30, surveillance cameras in the NSCW building caught an unidentified white male walking through wearing blue jeans, a blue or black-colored shirt, glasses with dark rims and a Harley Davidson baseball cap.
He approached a female in the building. He asked if he could perform a sexual act for her, but she declined according to a crime alert distributed around campus.
After that interaction, he was seen walking into the women’s restroom where he asked the same question of another female in the bathroom.
He then went to the NSCE building and with the video surveillance, it could be seen that the man’s genitals were exposed.
A campuswide email sent Nov. 10 by NE president Allen Goben said police had made an arrest in the case Nov. 9. The suspect’s name or any connection to the school was not released.
TCC’s police chief Shaun Williams, assistant police chief Leigh Dietrich and acting chancellor Angela Robinson did not respond to phone calls seeking comment.
