“Do you think constitutional protection of gay marriage could be overturned by the Supreme Court?”

“With how everything that is going right now, and if Trump stays in the office and keeps getting his way then it most likely is going to get over turned. It’s stupid to overturn it. People often bring up, in the Bible, it says ‘Gay is bad’ but the Bible also says, ‘show no hate, judge no one and love one another.’ I feel like love is love, if you love someone, same sex or not, who cares?”

“I guess it’s possible that it can be turned but I don’t think that’s gonna happen considering the state of things. I don’t really see who all would benefit from that happening. Honestly, my opinion, I don’t think that’s something they need to be worried about right now, but I really don’t think people are gonna overturn that. There’s really no purpose in doing that. It’s not gonna benefit anyone to deny someone marriage.”

“There could be potential that could happen. Of course, I would not love that, because that would be taking away that right to the people who rightfully deserve that… Personally, I believe everyone should be able to marry whoever they want to marry, and if they deem that as something that is unacceptable, then I think even if it does happen, people will still find a way to express themselves.”

“I think, scarily enough, because of how everything’s been going on, especially after Roe v. Wade, I feel like it’s definitely a possibility. And it’s kind of scary, to be honest, to see how we’re going backwards. But I feel like overall, people are starting to be a little more aware of what’s going on. So I feel like it won’t actually fully happen, but I feel like it will be proposed.”
