Award-winning artist, Juston L. Williams from SE Campus, plans to enter the all-district art competition.
The TCC Student Art Competition will be held this fall. Work by students from all campuses will be on display at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center Nov. 1-30.
Williams’ artwork, Confidence Man, won the SE 2006-2007 Vice President’s Choice Award and currently hangs outside Vice President Rusty Fox’s office on SE Campus.
“ I really enjoy when others relate a portion of their life to my paintings,” he said in an e-mail. “That keeps me sane because it helps me remember that I’m not alone.”
Williams’ future goals include owning his own gallery and participating in the performing arts.
