NE displays alien artwork- Student shares exhibit in library

By — Gerrit Goodwin

The truth is out there, and Rose Abraham is its conduit.

Abraham is a self-proclaimed “prophetic visionary alien artist.” In 1999, she said she was visited by a woman in a translucent white dress, who introduced her to 11 angelical alien beings. These beings bequeathed unto Abraham artistic talents and prophetic visions, which she was then instructed to paint.

With the new burst of artistic creativity given to her, she created 118 prophetic drawings and 400 paintings using a variety of media such as oil, acrylic, pastel and crayon.

It is Abraham’s goal to establish the first Texas alien art museum and theme park while breaking free from the institutionalized concepts of aliens propagated by the media and entertainment industry.

Her works are in the J. Ardis Bell Library, where they can be viewed until March 31.
