Trinity River Campus will have a display of books for National Library Week.

Carol Everhart, director of library services, said library employees are currently collecting the titles of favorite books from TR faculty and staff. Those books will go on display.

Everhart said the TR library has more than 120 computers for students to use. She said it is a hybrid library, and students have access to print media as well as non-print media.

“It is the most modern and is very new,” she said.

The library also has a collection of Newbery and Caldecott award-winning children’s books for ESOL students. Everhart said the children’s books encourage the literacy of students who cannot read at an adult level and make them feel comfortable reading in the library.
