NE seminar focuses on managing stress

Information on how to maintain healthy relationships amid the stress of college life will be available April 4 on NE Campus.

Counselor Masika Smith will present Social Wellness at 11:15 a.m. in NCAB 1111.

The topics that will be discussed include the effects on physical health from negative social interaction, properly balancing life obstacles with classwork and promotion of healthy relationships and their function.

The seminar will also include a PowerPoint presentation, short video clips and participant evaluations.

The program is part of the Achieving College Success — Mental Health series sponsored by the NE advising and counseling department.
