Feeling the stress of school, work or just life? The coordinator of health services on South Campus may have the solution.
Flo Stanton will present a seminar about stress at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, in the SSTU Forum Room on South Campus.
The session will be the final installment of a series of seminars for Women in New Roles, which Stanton conducts each semester.
The health education series focuses on new ways to deal with stress.
“Surveys show that students need new stress techniques,” Stanton said.
With that, the main point of the seminar teaches participants new ways to deal with stress using laughter.
All students need to bring is a writing tool, and Stanton will provide handouts. Along with a PowerPoint presentation, the seminar will include active participation.
