Goodies will be available at the NW Arts and Crafts Faire Nov. 6, said NW administrative assistant Kathy Saburn.
The senior education program sponsors the annual event.
“It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting our seniors,” she said. “We like to keep it open to all as we are trying to promote an all-inclusive, colorful and fun fall event.”
The fair lasts from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in WSTU 1303/1305 and offers ways to help students with their Christmas shopping.
“We have nearly 40 vendors this year, and they have items such as pottery, knitted quilts, jewelry, candles, books, Christmas ornaments and so much more,” she said. “Our Stepping Stones students will also display and sell some of their fun projects they made in class.”
Saburn said she remains the fair’s best customer.
“I had bought a bunch of ornaments made out of burned light bulbs and some angels made out of Popsicle sticks,” she said. “They were all so adorable.”
